Richmond City Cricket Club is proud to announce our new senior men's coach for Season 2021/22

Richmond City Cricket Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Heath Chipperfield as the club’s Senior Men’s Coach for the 2021-22 season.
After coming through our junior program in his early years, Heath went on to experience a successful period at Sub District level with Caulfield Cricket Club, becoming a multiple premiership player, including being a member of the VSDCA 1XI Premiership side in 2011/12.
Heath returned to the club last year as a player and batting coach, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge & experience of training & playing at a high level. Outside of sport, Heath has a teaching background and is a Coordinator Salesian College.
“I've been fortunate to play in extremely talented and successful sides, learning and collaborating with some of the best cricketing minds in the state.
As a member of the Richmond City Cricket Club from an early age, the position as Senior Coach is an enticing and exciting personal proposition. My experiences within the club, understanding its ethos and history enhances my understanding of the role, yet also allows for an informed judgement of our current situation and the strategies necessary to ensure further development and progress.”
Please join us in congratulating Heath on the appointment, with further details on our pre-season plans (first session Weds 11th August) to come shortly.
